1Create Your Account
Sign up for a free Formet account at formet.in/auth/signup. No credit card required. You get unlimited forms and submissions on the free plan.
2Build Your First Form
Navigate to Dashboard → Forms → Create New Form. You can use the drag-and-drop builder, start from a template, or let AI generate your form. Simply describe what you need and AI will create a professional form in seconds.
3Customize Your Form
Add your brand logo, choose colors, set up custom thank-you messages, and configure email notifications. You can also add conditional logic to show or hide fields based on responses.
4Publish and Share
Click Publish to make your form live. Share via link, embed on your website, or use a QR code. Your form gets a unique URL like formet.in/f/your-form-name.
5Collect and Analyze
View submissions in your dashboard with real-time analytics. Export to Google Sheets, CSV, or PDF. Set up automated workflows for each submission.
